"Every day, someone says something to me about this movie." Groundhog Day, directed by Harold Ramis, who died this morning at the age of 69, has proven to be one of those movies that gets deeper the more you think about it. According to Ramis, the movie's concept of reliving the same day over and over and over again has been appropriated by everyone from Hasidic Jews to Zen Buddhists to Christians to psychotherapists.
